What should I wear for an adaptive ski lesson?

Wear layered winter clothing, gloves, a helmet, and sunblock depending on the weather. Bring a water bottle and a snack to stay hydrated and energized.

What should I do before my lesson?

Get a good night’s sleep, drink plenty of fluids, and have a good meal. If you have any medical conditions, follow your doctor’s guidance regarding medications, hydration, and nutrition.

What happens during the first lesson?
